Docshot phone app: scan a stack of paper into one PDF.
Photograph the pages, and Docshot straightens, cleans and binds them into a single PDF. Open a PDF you already have and you can sign it and fill in its fields too. All of it happens on the phone itself.
- Sign a contract and fill in its fields without the document leaving the phone.
- Nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing of yours on a server anywhere.
- It works with no signal and with no account.
Personal is free: up to 3 pages per PDF and up to 20 PDFs per month, with a light watermark. Personal+ removes the limits and the watermark and adds import, sign and fill, digital signatures, OCR, Word export, PDF passwords and compression. Team is several Personal+ licences, two licences minimum.
What we hold
- We never see the file: not in the phone app, where the work happens on your device, and not in a shared link, where the file goes straight from the sender's browser into your own cloud.
- We never store the file. For a shared link we keep only the name, the size and the time it arrived, so you know what came in.
- The other person needs no account. Whoever sends you a document just opens your link.
- The connection is scoped to one folder. When you connect Google Drive or OneDrive, Docshot is given the folder you pick and nothing else.
